Returns

All eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be new, in unused condition and include all original packaging.

All returns must be authorized by us, do not send parts without a RA# and a confirmed return shipping address from our parts team.

A 25% restocking fee will be a applied to all returns. Returning shipping costs are on the buyer.

Custom parts are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do NOT stock refrigeration parts. Compressors, thermostats, solenoid valves, presssure controls, etc. can be purchased at a refrigeration supplier.
